Bonneville & Louis Lot
Louis Lot and Bonneville were perhaps the most notable exponents of the great French flute making tradition of the latter half of the 19th Century. Their flutes are renowned for their resonance and clarity of tone, often attributed to their extremely thin nickel or silver seamed tubes. Although there are potential pitfalls in buying a vintage French flute, some can produce superb results and are highly sought after. all flutes plus often has models available and we will be pleased to offer advice and guidance to aid selection. |
|
Brannen Brothers
Highly regarded US makers of silver, gold and platinum flutes using the Cooper scale. Options include Brögger Mekanic System with adjustable, highly responsive keywork and Kingma System flutes, incorporating Boehm system with extra keys allowing a complete quarter tonal scale. |
|
Albert Cooper
Considered by many to be the doyen of the flute maker's art, Mr Cooper has had a great influence on many aspects of flute design and construction. Now retired, the creator of the 'Cooper Scale' made less than 100 flutes in his career and they are rarely available for sale. We are fortunate, however, to often have sought after gold and silver Cooper headjoints available. |

Emanuel Flutes - Boston
Having learnt his craft with the Arista Company, Emanuel has developed silver and gold flutes with both the Arista pedigree and a character of their own. |
|
